A door code
A code made just for me that you can turn off whenever you like.
A lockbox
Use your own, or I can bring one for $25. You keep it.
A key I keep
Your key is tagged with a number only, never your name or address, and stays in a locked box at my house.
Arrival and lock-up
I text when I arrive and again when I leave and have locked up. If you stop service, I return your key within a week, in person or by mail, your choice.
Pets are welcome
Tell me their names and whether they are allowed outside. I am happy to work around the routine that keeps them comfortable.
